Ejaculation pressure

I am 36 and I think healthy. But in the past few weeks at times I have notice blood in my semen, very little and you can't see it by the naked eye, but I see it when I clean up with a white tissue. Now, my semen is taking on a different color..sometimes clear or a odd yellow, but not the tint of yellow it was. Plus I have lost the pressure in my ejaculation. When masturbating maybe I could "shoot" a load, now it just drips out of my penis. Amount is the same but the pressure is totally gone. Even stoped masturdbating for a few days to try and get build up. Lately my urine is a bit more yellow then normal too...now I did just have a big party weekend (drank a lot of Sunday) so thought maybe my body is still dehydrated a bit...but the lack of pressure bothers me..oh, and after ejaculation or urinating I get a burning but only at the tip of my penis. Just nervous about prostate cancer, testicular cancer or diabetes (sp?) could any of this effect this...what about a STD??? Don'ttink that is it but now looking at all options before just going to the Dr. Anyone have any of these symtoms or knowlwdge on this?

I am a 54 year old male on blood pressure medicine for over 7 years the problem is the last few months I have notice that it takes me so long if at all to have an orgasm and when I do its not much semen I get a physical every six months prostate and PSA are always good I get a pretty good erection but it can take sometimes up to 30 to 40 mins to ejaculate the wife is happy with the prolonged erection as for me I would like to shoot the cannon much better any Ideas I do take Atenolol and diavon I hope to find some help soon.

hello Dr veena,how are u, this low pressure problem is with me also,i checked with urolgist,doce ultrasound of prostate,semen test every thing is perfect,he suggest me every thing is ok,no need to be worri,i have also pre mature ejaculation,pls suggest me what to be eat as natural things to avoide this problem immidietly, awaiting your reply.

I am a 27 year old male and am having trouble.  When I Ejaculate before and for a few time after I have a pain inbetween my rectum and testicals and when it well cums it hurts through my penis also and then after 15 to 20 min later it goes away.  But if I try to skip a day without intercourse or masterbation then it starts to hurt untill it empty's.  Is this prostatitis?  It also hurts somewhat when I urinate and have a week (well weaker than usual) stream.  My seman dont shot anymore it just kinda dribbles and is an increased amount.  If I sit down wrong on my Tank then it hurts also.  Have no problems with erections but it is also causing premature ejaculations with intercourse.  I have been taking a new multi vitamin and also started taking Saw Palmetto, Pumpkin Seeds, Pygeum, Lycopene, and Beta Sitosterol for Prostate health cause I had an infection 4 years ago and also just had kidney stones removed by scope 3 months ago.  Thought at first that was the problem.  Please advise.  Thank you.

My Uncle and Father both had prostate surgery in later years. I am 40 years old and experiencing low ejaculation pressure. I am currently on blood pressure medication and my blood pressure is controlled. However, even when it wasn't controlled I had low pressure for the past couple of years. I am familiar with the prostate and its functions and am in good physical shape. 5 10' 175lbs. Sometimew when I urinate I have to build a small amount of pressure to completely empty my bladder but have no full blown signs of BPH. Are there any natural cures, other than Kegel exercises that anyone may know of that can increase ejaculate pressure?

     How are you? I don’t think what you are facing can be termed as erectile dysfunction. It could actually be temporary. Have you been to a urologist? And if yes what did he say?
Prostrate produces seminal fluid where as testicles produce sperm.
So, if there is a problem in the prostrate, such as inflammation, infection and hyperplasia, there would be an expected change in the consistency of the semen as well as erection and ejaculation.
Emotional factors also play an important role in this. Yes, with advancing age changes might occur, but at your age they are quiet unlikely.

What would cause a lack of pressure? Is this just something that comes with age? I'm 37. Like I said before I use to have a good "shot" if you will, but now it just drips out????

Hi,
     How are you? Blood in semen could be due to infections, STD’s, prostatitis, prostatic cancer, bladder cancer, also can happen due to testicular cancer.
In your case, apart from blood in semen, there is burning sensation at the tip of penis. Firstly, burning sensation is due to infection and that too at the tip of penis, happens in prostatitis. Change in the colour of urine and semen can happen due to infection.

I would suggest that you get a DRE of prostrate with estimation of PSA levels done. Along with that a STD panel would be better. Depending upon the results of these investigations further work up can be planned.
Consult your urologist for detailed examination.
