MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
What you are having is completely normal and happens when you age. There is nothing to worry about but take care to masturbate at a slow pace so that you do not cause trauma to penis. If however there is any retrograde ejaculation then you need to get it evaluated from a urologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
