Enlarged Vein, Pain, Popping? Please Help

Hello,
I used to be a very healthy male, my penis was possibly the least thing i worried about. Anyways got injured and this cut me from physical activities and working out. This injury was a tear in cartilage, and was somewhat cause by a extensibility disorder (too flexible / loose bones). Other parts of body started popping due to no excercise. Popping is not painful but definitley not comfortable. The Penis also started popping, as I would have an errection and give my penis "GO" it have a pop feeling. This didn't really bother me, but quality of errection was slightly worse and penis wasn't so energetic, I was more careful per say. Anyways I did masturbate a lot. Sometimes 3 times a week, sometimes 5 times in 6 hours. Then my penis started to hurt, pain to the left bottom (base). Mid Vein is Also noticeably larger perhaps varicose also, and penis to be curved more to the left. Now even without an errection I'd have my penis flacid but the vein would very noticeable... going stright and taking a somewhat sharp turn to the left and straight again. PLEASE help. This is ruining my social life, I'm not going for girls and also rejecting them, it's also distracting me from school. Worst of all I'm only 18.
I masturbate much less now, and this is good. Only thing is, Anyone else had this problem, should i use a different hand to masturbate to straighten penis? Should I not masturbate at all?

better a visit a good urologist and share everything with him, cos prevention is better than cure, as u may end up in more complications as u get older... hurry up dont waste time.. dont be shy tellin ur parents, jus tell them u gettin pain in that region and talk to the urologist that u need confidentiality to an extent. ( some cases need to be shared with the attenders i mean ur  father or mother who accompany u. but the doctor may or need not say evrything like ur masturabtion of 5 times or 3 times, so hurry up. dont waste time.. if u waste time now then u will become a permanent member in this forum even after 10 years u will b askin questions on the same issue... good luck
