Enlarged Vein in Penis?

A few days ago I noticed what looked like a pimple where my penis meets the rest of my body, on the left side of my penis. It has started to go away, but just after the pimple, what seems to be a major vein on my shaft seems enlarged. It is not painful and it is not hard, its soft. It also is visible when flaccid and so as visible when erect. Is this a serious problem?

It’s absolutely normal to have prominent veins on the penis especially in the erect state and they become flaccid in the flaccid state of the penis. You don’t need to worry anything as long as there’s no pain in them.
