Enlarged vein in penis

by Mark1365, Sep 07, 2009 07:13PM
I have a vein on the right side of my penis that is very large and moves around with the touch of my finger, It starts at the base on the top right and moves around underneath until it disappears at the base of the head of my penis, it's easily moved and I can feel a little discomfort from squeezing it. I can't see it easily unless I'm erect then it's obvious. This hasn't been this way long. I don't remember it ever being this way before. I did have a vasectomy in 2002.  I'm concerned it could be a problem. Any ideas?

Hi,
I don’t think you need to worry about that vein as it’s absolutely normal and nothing much to worry. The vein is normally visible only with the erect penis. The worrying point is only if there’s any thickening/firmness/pain while touching the vein. Please be assured you don’t need to worry about the same. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
