Epididymal cyst pain

Hi.I'm 25. Since November, I have pain in my testicals, most of the time left testicle, and lasts for 4-5 day every month. I got an ultrasound and it showed that I have bilateral epididymal cysts. Left one is 6*3 mm and right one is 3*3 mm. My doctor referred me to a specialist but she said there is nothing wrong, I am send,ng you for precautions and gave me a painkiller. I haven't seen specialist yet. But in last month, everyday there is pain. Sometimes it's so heavy that I can barely stand. What is wrong with me?

Thanks. Hope to hear from you.
