Testicle ultrasound two months ago and after finding it said it was a epididymal cyst. As I'm zipping up he says he wants to do a ultrasound just to make sure (this confused me, he was so sure of what it was). Had to cancel due to going out of town but since then the nodule has gone away. I used to be able to find it within seconds and I haven't been able to find it in a few weeks. Can these just go away? I do have some very slight discomfort of my right

Testicle ultrasound. As a side note I was sick with flu like symptoms about 3 months ago for approx. 1 week (worse sickness I have every had), and since then my bowel movements have not been as regular as before (very constipated after the sickness). My gut feeling is the very mild stitch is degestive in nature and the testicular discomfort is just me thinking about the nodule and not getting the US. Should I reschedule the US even with no mass or/and get some baseline blood work from PCP? I'm 33, not overweight, non-smoker, no immediate family history of cancer. Thanks
