Epididymis cyst

Hi ,
I am 22 years old male and four years back i got to know i had a cyst in Epididymis. This is on the right testicle. Initially i used to have pain in right side of my abdomen but once i consulted physician he prescribe me medicines which relieved me. I did ultrasound four years back and my cyst size then was around 10mm (in diameter). I even consulted urologist and sexologist and inquired about my sexual performance. They said every thing is fine and you don't have to worry about the cyst. if you have problem in becoming a father then you can come back to us. Does cyst effect the sperm level or is there any risk of not able to conceive.
