Erection Dysfunction

Im a 22 yr old male who has had a bent penis for the most part of my sexual adult life.
I believe this curvature is the result of an accident I had on a bike while I was young, around 10 or 11, which produced a perpendicular scar on the upper side of the penis near the base, which is visible to this day. Currently the penis bends downward, and to my left about 10-20 degrees. I have been always able to have sexual intercourse and gain erections, but the erections rarely sustain for more than a minute unless I physically straighten the shaft with my hand, and furthermore the head of the penis rarely becomes fully erect. This is the case that Im dealing with and it is almost impossible to use condoms while maintaining an erection.
Is there any treatment recommended for this, or any topical or over the counter remedies that would diminish the scarred tissue, even though it has existed for some time? Im finding that as I get older, my sexual performance and my ability to maintain erections is decreasing, though I do not think the curvature is getting worse.

It is difficult to give specific treatment options without examination.
If there is some evidence of Peyronie's disease on top of the injury, you can consider medications like calcium-channel blockers, or injections with steroids or collagenase.
However, if conservative therapy doesn't work, more invasive options would need to be considered - such as a urologic procedure or surgery.
