Assuming that STDs and
urethritisChlamydial urethritis - male
Urethritis have been ruled out, you can look at the prostate. A digital rectal exam, prostatic massage or transrectal ultrasound can be considered to look for prostatitis.
If negative, you can consider a cystoscopy to evaluate for possible anatomical abnormalities - such as a urethral stricture or polyp.
These options can be discussed with your urologist.
