Again, tough to say without seeing the study. A soft tissue density could be a cyst,
lipomaLipoma - arm (i.e.
fattyXanthoma tissue deposit), or soft-tissue malignancy. The most comprehensive way to define this would be to biopsy the lesion. This can be evaluated via a general surgeon or another urology referral if the diagnosis remains unclear.
