Scrotal swelling
Testicle ultrasound emergencyEmergency airway puncture
Emergency contraception, such as testicular torsion.
Other causes of scrotal swelling can include a hydrocele, varicocele, cancer or a cyst. A scrotal ultrasound would be the initial test of choice for these possibilities.
