Tough to make any diagnosis without seeing the patient. Things like infection, adhesions and endometriosis are possible causes for this.
I would consider further evaluation with a CT scan at this time. A referral to your urologist is suggested for further evaluation.
It is also possible that it may be releated to the VCUR, however I cannot be sure without further evaluation.
If the urology evaluation is not revealing, a referral to a GYN can be considered.
I cannot comment on whether it is urgent or not without examination - but if there is any doubt, I would contact a physician in your area.
