Flat urine stream and spray at the end
I've been having this problem for a while now, my urine stream comes out flat and it kind of circles around and becomes almost spray at the end, the flow is not bad, I feel that my bladder becomes empty each time, what I'm thinking is that my urethra has been narrowed down since I used to put pressure on my penis as a kid. There are no pains what so ever. I feel I should use a urinary catheter to enlarge the urethra.
