Retrograde ejaculation (4-5 in one hour). This has been going on for about a year.
However I have additional information that I think might narrow down a possible diagnoses, as I would like as accurate a medical opinion on this before I see my GP. I noticed that whenever the pain occured during a flaccid state, the sides of the

Penis pain even when flaccid, does look sort of in an almost somewhat erect state, although this could be purely bad memory, but mabye not. However what is definite is that in the flaccid state, the organ seemed a whole lot less flexible than before when I had no problems. Whenever it was bent, even slightly, I would experience a very bad burst of pain, and residual pain for many hours afterwards. I know this is not normal because I never had this experience before in my life and have done nothing different physically recently.
Can this information help narrow down a possible diagnosis?
A quick other question: since the massaging helps relieve the pain, I have been doing that a lot. Occasionly a feel a weird numb twinge resulting from finger pressure. Could this massaging be damaging the nerves and should I stop completely? Or is it just a minor coincidence that I can ignore.
Thanks again
