Frenuloplasty stitches

Hello this is my first post do please forgive if it's not perfect,

On the 17th of October I had a frenuloplasty opp, the first week was great no pain at all, at the beginning of the second week the stitches started to fall out (dissolve), but I have noticed the scar seems to have split and there look like gooey bloody discharge from the scar and it is now a little sensitive.
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.
