Frequent Need to Urinate

Hiya, am a thirty-four year old male in good health.  I just went to the doctor for a sinus infection and was put on anti-biotics, KETEK, and was given claritin 24 hour.  I have been on the medicine for about two day when all of a sudden I started getting the urge to urinate.  Even when I get done urinating I feel like I need to go again.  I do not seem to have any problem going it is just the frequency.  I spoke to a nurse this morning and she assured me that the medicine I am using does not have this side effect.  My urine is not discolored it is for the most part clear.  Any help would be appreciated.

I am not aware of urinary frequency being a side effect of this medication.

Other causes can be infection, or metabilic diseases like diabetes or diabetes insipidus.  

Further evaluation can be done via a urinalysis and fasting blood test for sugar.
