Frequent urination without pain, plus pulsating

I am a 23 year old male. I have been healthy most of my life until now. This problem began sometime in March of 2016, and I tried looking into it once I started to get chills even if I wasn't in a cold room. Went to a clinic and was prescribed cyprofloxacin 500 mg, which I did NOT take due to getting scared by the side effects. Got asked to get some medical exams done, though I don't remember them all exactly, and my results showed that I didn't have diabetes, my urine was fine despite it being cloudy, and that I have high cholesterol. I decided to ignore my symptoms despite my urine problems continuing.

I got a wisdom tooth infection for which I was prescribed clyndamicin 500 mg, but had to stop taking it after 3 pills due to an allergic reaction. In my panic I had some family help me get ahold of amoxicillin 750 mg, which I took for 4 days. I remember having to go to the bathroom way less when I was taking it to reduce my tooth infection. When the medicine ran out, I went back to the dentist and was prescribed amoxicillin 500 mg to prevent infection after the wisdom teeth extraction (took them for over a week and-a-half as prescribed). While recovering and taking the antibiotics, I still had to go to the bathroom. A lot. The volume wasn't the same. Sometimes it was just the same old sensation of having to go, but little to nothing coming out. I even noticed my stream getting weaker though that's improved since then.

I attempted to hold onto my urine this month because the consistency is getting in the way of my daily activities, which has allowed me to go less, but I'm still making 8-10 trips. About a week ago I started feeling this pulsing sensation on my abdomen, maybe above my belly button, that's persistent throughout the day and gets worse at night. Never violent but consistent. I haven't experienced any pain whatsoever yet, but the pulsing concerns me. I've also had my pee stream change from light (since I've been drinking more water) with particles and foam to slightly dark yellow at the middle of the stream while the rest is clear and then the middle darker portion spreads out to make a consistent light color yellow. There's still foam and particles in there.

I've noticed that any sort of physical activity makes me feel better, and helps me not focus on it as much as well, so I started running last week for at least an hour. I still have my symptoms.

Any ideas?
