GFR 58
Blood test revealed GFR of 58; my dr. said 60 is normal, not to worry about it.  However, in researching it, it appears 130 is normal, and 30-60 is moderate kidney failure.  Should I be following up on this?

GFR is based on age.  My GFR is at 54, my doctor referred me back to my nephologist.  He informed me that there was no concern, that according to his data from 6 years ago I was about 54 then.  I am 59 years old.  But do remember to get it checked out first, don't just take anyone else's word.
