Gauze in sutures, help!

I recently had testicle torsion surgery, its been 4 days and im still swollen and brusied which i expected...
The problem is i am unable to remove the gauze where the stiches are. it seems like the gause is STUCK to the stitches on the bottom of my scrotum. i dont think its healthy to have that happen but i cant really do anything about it, what should i do?
