Glans Affection

7 years ago while trying jelqing techniques, I got my penis glans severely injured. Since then the size of my penis glans became twice the size it used to have, but the rest of the penis stayed at the same size it used to have. My problem is that when erected, I have absolutely no sensibility in the glans, i have weaker erections and in a state of relaxation the penis glans tissue has now huge skin corrugations.
I'm looking for a treatment to get my penis back to it´s normal state.
