Gonorrhoea in the Median Raphe of the Penis

Hi I would like to thank everyone on this along with creators of MedHelp, My issue is that I have pain during urination etc about a month or more now I went to get tested at multiple locations with urine, blood test etc, and I got no call so I called and they said I was negative for anything, which I thought I must have chalmyidia or gonorrhohea or something hoping not worse anyway so that is my situation then comes along Gonorrhoea in the Median Raphe of my penis I believe after looking at pictures I have the same thing. I also have pain when urinating and one time blood well something not normal came out after I did and after I urinate I have the urge to go again even if i let out a huge load PLEASE HELP ME I dunno if  that was enough information but please because I went to my doctor and he said use this cream for my pimple looking dot after sex but it went away, the problem was with my pain peeing and frequent peeing which bothers me it actually really HURTS shhould i just take pills for chalymidia and gonorrhoea or EMERGENCY ??? Thank you
