HELP CONFUSED

Hello doctor

In mid august i suddenly had a severe pain in my testicles in the night, but then went away next morning.  That morning i just felt slight pain that is all.  After that day the pain went away completely for about a week.  Then later it came back again, it was not a severe pain and it did not last long it just hurt for like 5 min and it went away.  I went to get tested for all STD's and they all came back negative(thank god) but the second week of september like on the 10th i noticed that i had slight clear mucus lookin discharge came out of my penis like if it was precum but did not have an erection. im pretty sure it was precum because it was clear n sticky.  But as of today i have still been seeing this clear sticky precum just a little bit just once a day.  I check in the morning right after i wake up to see if my boxers are wet or stained but nothing is there.  I check my penis and nothing is there, so i urinate(i urinate perfectly without any pain or discomfort) and then like an hour later i check for the precum and there it is.  But throughout the day nothing comes out, just for one time in the day!! My testicle pain is all gone but still see this precum once a day.  What can this be doctor??

so if i have epididymitis or prostatis even though i tested negative for gohnorrea and chlamydia this is not indicating i have an std or nothing right?? just an infection?
are either of these 2 conditions completely curable and not affect my sexual life without infecting my partner and still have healthy children???

Hello pedro831,

You might be suffering from Epididymitis or Prostatitis.  Epididymitis is a medical condition in which there is inflammation of the epididymis. I suggest that you strict to the new generation of antibiotics like ceftriaxone and then further evaluate through the urologist.Consult your urologist for the antibiotics usage like ofloxacin, ceftriaxone etc.
