I am a 44yr old male, I have noticed twice after having sex, the next morning when I urinate I saw a black hair like worm or parasite in the toilet, I thought it might of been a piece of hair but it started to wiggle, so I know it's not, can any one tell me what this could be?
Thanks for writing to the forum!
Right now I can think of only pubic lice which attached to your pubic hair can cause the hair to wriggle. This can pass from one person to another during sexual contact. The only way to know is to get yourself examined.
Hope this helps. It is difficult to comment beyond this without examining. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
