Hanging weight from penis

Hello, my name is Angel. I am from El Salvador and I am 26 years old. Two years ago I committed the grievous mistake of using weights to "enlarge" my penis. I spent 12 months using a 2.5 pounds disk. At the onset, I felt a bit of pain when I had erections but then I got used to it, thinking that I was going to enlarge my fallus; however, my erections had not been affected until I decided to double the weight up to 5 pounds. That time my penis was rather erect before hanging the weight and then I hanged the weight for 1 minute until I stopped out of pain. Ever since my penis became so fragile and I had completely lost my nocturnal erections and then I decided to visit the urologist who prescribed meds such as "virilnat´s, sargenor forte and vitamin c" as well as a penile ultrasound scan. The results of the exam were that I had not suffered any corpora cavernosa fracture and that the tissue presents no alterations. Nevertheless, my penis has curved upwards but it does not prevent me from intercourse. What prevents me from intercourse is the fact that my penis has become very weak again and my erections are not strong enough to have a satisfactory sexual relation with women. My doctor says I might have suffered a permanent neurological damage in my penis. I need help please, I am in need of a second opinion. I only experienced a mild relief during my treatment but it declined after I finished my meds.Furthermore, the doctor says that surgery would not benefit me that much. Thank you beforehand
