There’s a possibility of epididymal cyst which is also known as spermatocoele. It’s a cystic swelling present just above the testes and has got a milky fluid as its content which is basically made up of sperms. If the swelling is asymptomatic, it’s left as such but in case the swelling is associated with any pain/tenderness, then it’s surgically removed. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
If it is due to pain and tenderness, is it important enough that it needs to be removed?
Can the cyst cause cancer or any illness?
