Help for aging woman

My 92 year old mother is having her quality of life significantly reduced by incontinence. I have purchased almost every type of adult diaper and pad available. She has very little strength and just pulling her pants up and down all day is a real strain and extremely time consuming. She must change her clothes several times during the day and hates leaving her apartment for fear of accidents. She uses the restroom frequently but it seems a great deal of her day is consumed with incontinence issues and I am constantly washing clothes. Someone suggested a suprapubic catheter. Is that a viable alternative? If not, are there any other recommended treatments for a woman her age? She has tried various medications (although I don't know which ones) without any success. She takes medication for high blood pressure and acid reflux.
