Help please, I dont know what is going on

Help please.

I am a thirty year old male and about two months ago my urine started to split all the time. Then one day the tip of my urethra became inflamed with the opening puffed up and purple. The tip burns and when I urinate it’s a small stream that only comes out of the top of the hole. It’s gotten painful and I can’t stand it touching my underwear or pants. It last for three to four days, then usually is only gone for a day and comes back. I have had a std tests but it is very unlikely since I have had the same partner since the age of 16. They checked for an infection and nothing showed up in my urine.

Hi Vanessa
No trauma to the area
No lotions
No allergies
I was put on Bacrtim for 10 days and I am 7 days through it with no relief. What concerns me is the burning sensation and that my penis feels really cold. It is noticeably colder than the rest of my body. About a year ago I did have trouble with my prostate swelling up due to an infection. Is it possible that the infection damaged my urethra?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

Splitting of urine may sometimes be due to an anatomical or structural problem in the urethra itself .Prostate disorders may also present with a split urine.

You have noted splitting initially then later noted swelling of the area.

Have you experiencd any previous injury or trauma to the area?

Have you applied any creams or lotions in the area?

Any previous allergies?

They have excluded a urinary tract infection. I suggest that you visit a dermatologist to have this evaluated. This may be a dermatitis or an allergic reaction.A urine culture, a culture of prostatic secretions and a complete physical examination will determine any involvement of the prostate.

I'm a noob. But while no one else answers your question, I'm almost sure that an urine test is not enough. I read about it in some books. I guess you should take a blood test, too. That's what I did. An urine and blood test related to some specific STDs, or something like that 3-4 years ago.
I have a different problem but it's recurrent since 4-5 years ago. I took STD tests and nothing was found.
See a doctor as soon as possible, ok?

See you.
