Help please 1 testical

  Hello, i was born with 1 testical and right now im entering adulthood
  and think i have to do something about it.. i cant hide no more..
  what i need is some help on information about this. Is there a webpage out
  there where i can learn what the matter with me? I cant turn to family for
  help because i dont want any one to know and i want to deal with it my self.
  I know i have to see a doctor about this but i want some info on whats the matter with me so
  i know if theres help for me out ther before i make a fool out of my self
  by seeing a doctor...
  Im realy in a dead end.. i cant hold back any longer and need help bad.
  Im afraid to have relationships because of this and so i have to deal with never having
  a wife and children or a sex live, if i dont go get something done..
  Are there implants that i might be able to get? Any how what i need is INFO something some where where
  i can read what is the matter with me.. Ive been holding back for to long
  And need help NOW or i dont know what i might end up doing..
