The work up that has been done in your case is the gold standard , and should be adequate. There is no preponderance of evidence suggesting a
familialFamilial tremor predisposition in the case of transitional cell cancer. The best follow up for you would be urine cytology checks, probably on a yearly basis to be certain that if a conversion occurs , it is dealt with expeditiously. A CT scan at this point is unnecessary. It is unlikely to add much to the diagnostic process. The best of luck to you.
