Hematuria after using tenga

After her surgery my wife bought me a tenga sex toy. The problem is after prolonged use ( over an hour, I have had difficulty reaching orgasm for over 10 years) there was blood and clots in my urine. After an hour everything returned to normal except the fear it produced. This was over two years ago, I threw the tenga away and there never was any more blood until last week.  This past Christmas my wife bought me another tenga supposedly redesigned. I used it a few times with no problems. Then last week after my usual prolonged use, I had a similar episode, with blood and clots in my urine. Again, after an hour or two everything returned to normal except the concern and the fear. Considering the tenga was involved both times, am I safe in presuming that it was a combination of prolonged use and the suction from the tenga or should I be concerned about a UTI or worse?  There is not much more frightening than urinating blood clots.
