Hi i recently when I have been masturbating   but  flaccid state and full erection my penis gets constricted in the middle and gets little and then it gets swell near the head with veins popping out so its normal near abdomen gets real small constricted and gets swelled at top near head with veins popping out but after full erection is achieved then middle constriction gets back to normal but when excitement leaves and goes back to medium state it look real weird like something is missing in them middle and swelled at top near head its like the blook is constricted there started to move blood but area on top gets swelled  but still the top part of penis is slightly larger but not much it is a very weird feeling masturbating to this in addition when full erection is achieved  i ejaculate real quick and dont last as long with not ejaculating with as much vigor as before and what i think is less semen is my penis broke/bruisen or what is wrong with it and should i take alleve and is this permanent. it looks like this
----__{==} (ie sweeling) its uncomfortable/scary looking and a little pleasure during masturbation, should i stop masturbation and take a break.. btw i was taking zinc supplement bc of masturbation not that i think that has to do with anything thanks a lot and i hope for a quick reply.

Hello,

The symptoms that you are having can be due to Peyronie’s disease. It is a connective tissue disorder involving the growth of fibrous plaques in the soft tissue of the penis. The disease starts as a small bump or constriction on the shaft of the penis below the skin and then consequently curving of the erect penis occurs.

Treatment is by medicines and surgical intervention.

I sincerely suggest you to consult a urologist and get this possibility evaluated.

I hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted.Warm regards.
