High PSA for my age group

I'm a 33 year old and concerned about my PSA/prostate. Back in 2008 I was diagnosed with Prostatitis and went through some anti-bacterial treatment. Within a couple of months I started to feel better and have been tracking my PSA since.

May 2008 - PSA 4.5
July 2008 - PSA 3.9
April 2009 - PSA 3.1
Nov 2010 - PSA 3.0

I'm concerned because my primary care physician suggest my PSA should be below 2.5. I don't experience any problems such as problems peeing, pain or blood in urine. I've scheduled an appointment to meet with a urologist next week but in the mean time wanted to reach out to the community to get an idea on what this could be.
