Horrible pain, split stream urination, urethral opening closure, pus...... Please Help

Ok here it is... I am having major problems with my penis. It first started off as a split stream when i went to the bathroom and has gradually gotten worse. It now has come to be that my urethral opening has closed completely and before I can go to the bathroom I have to rip the hole open to go. When I do so a small amount of pus ( with a strong odor ) comes out, mind you when doing this I'm almost about to scream or cry due to the horrible pain that's about to come. When my urine starts to pass it starts off as a split stream with more horrible pain. I have been to the doctor who stuck a cotton swab down my urethral tube and tested me for every std known to man. Negative results every time. Each time i go to the doctor they give me antibiotics and the pain goes away and then returns in about a month. I went to the urologist who did the same thing as the doctor.I have been through about 10 std checks from every doctor I go to and every time they come back negative. Is there anyone who can help me with this problem ? Please help me... No one seems to know anything in this state and I cant go to one more doctor who will look at all my files and still give me those std tests. Oh yes I have also had uti tests as well.

Hi there. im not sure what the pus could be (well it sounds like an infection but im not sure what that could be since youve been tested for everything) but the split urine stream and pain sounds like urethral stricture. have you suffered any injury or had uti's in the past? cause that can cause stricture, so maybe you should ask to see a urologist about this.

hope you get some answers x
