Hounsfield unit question

HI, I recently had a CT scan which showed two cysts one measuring 1.5 cm and another 1.6 cm on the right kidney .. on the report they stated " There are two cysts within the right kidney . They have slight increased density measuring up to 38 Hounsfield units.  These probably represent complicated or complex renal cysts".

Can someone explain what that means to me in English?  The doctor referred me to a urologist in whom I will be seeing this coming week, but I would really like to understand this so I know something going in there?

Thankyou.
