How Serious?

by MrJames32, Sep 05, 2009 08:45PM
I am a 32 year old male, the last few days I have had a dull pain in my left testicle. I did a self exam and found a very small (the size of a pen tip) hard bump on the actual testicle, it is painful to any pressure. My wife mentioned that I have complained about the same pain a few weeks ago, but figured it was just sore or I bruised it while exercising.

I can get into a clinic to see a urologist on Friday, is this something I should go to the emergency room for?

Thanks for any help.
