In 1994 I experienced a hydrocele presumably cause by non-specific epididimitis. My physician used
transillumination and a manual exam to determine that I did, in fact, have a hydrocele and gave me a prescription for a course of antibiotics. I haven't had any problems associated with the hydrocele, but I find it cosmetically unattractive -- my left

Testicle ultrasound is about 2 1/2 times the size of the right one. My wife doesn't mind, but I do, and I wonder if it is possible to have the hydrocele aspirated now that there has been no sign of infection in over 4 years? I would prefer
