Hydronephrosis??

Hydronephrosis??

If a kidney is in a state of hydronephrosis, would it specifically say that word on the CT report, or could it possibly be stated in other words such as "large" or "prominent"?  I have a UPJ obstruction and am trying to figure out if my kidney is actually in a state of hydronephrosis or not because my Urologist said we dont need to do surgery until problems arise.  (for example pain or damage to kidney)  My CT scan doesnt say that my kidney is in a state of hydronephrosis, but it does say that my kidney is "large"..(not enlarged)....just "large".

Thanks for any help you can give!
