I can NOT live peacefully, I having hard time in my life.....PLEASE HELP ME

I started developing this ISSUE three to 4 months back ..... I would develop a burning rash (I guess! I am not sure if it is a rash or something else) around the tip of my penis. and skin started to peel..... some time is tingling and burning sensation (does not matter while urinating or not)

I got a full STD test (all negative) and then I started to panic even more and more.
I went and saw a Doctor and Demertology, they told me that I have inflamation, Ok I took HC 1%cream and used another cream with same HC family but little stronger cream. After I applying this cream, it goes away. BUT IT CAME BACK IN TWO WEEKS. Again i applied this stronger cream, and goes away, and got back again (i.e skin on penis peeling).  Once in a while I got buring sensation on my tip of penis, and sort of rash been appear, meantime my penis is open wider. then after few days, it back to normal.

I had another full round of STD checks (again negative). The rash is still there and the tip of my penis remains come back and forth.

What is causing this rash on the tip of my penis by the urethral opening. and also WHY SKIN PEELING comes and goes?

I felt like terrible..............I can NOT back to my normal life........PLEASE HELP ME

Hi there,

My doc told me that she has found some Bacteria during my urine and swab test. It has been done a month ago, and result came back. I already mentioned to you.
Then she suspect it might be a prostate infection (but she told me that she does not have any evidance for that), all guessing, she asked me to take Cipro for 6 weeks. I am on cipro now, and 3.5 weeks gone.

But 12 days ago, I started to have
- back pain (left lower back closer to hip),
- and i started to have cloudy urine,
- and bit of rash (i don't know how to say, different color on top of my penis, like dark skin),
- penis skin started little bit peel off.
- and then after 6 or 7 days, I got white/yellowish discharge, but it stoped in two days.
- the urine still have little bit of cloudyness.  

What ever I have all mentioned above, nothing new to me, it happened few times in last 5 months.
so my questions are follow (please help me if you can)
I AM TAKING CIPRO, I THINK IT IS NOT GOING TO HELP ME, IS THAT TRUE?
AM I UNDER WRONG DIAGNOSTIC?
WHAT DO YOU THINK IT COULD BE (BASED ON MY HISTORY)?
IS THERE ANY ISSUE IN MY SIEMENS? DO I NEED TO TEST?
ALL STD TEST CAME AS NEGATIVE, SO WHAT COULD BE? ANY VIRAL INFECTION? REPEATING AGAIN AND AGAIN? IF THEN WHAT TEST SHOULD I DO?

please help me I am loosing my concentration again, and become a sick person.

My doctor took the SWAB few days back from my discharge, is that mean by urethral swab? or something else?

Thanks again for your comments.  I have wait till August 24th to see my results.

As I mentioned, I have got my preliminary result. and over the phone she told me that my result shows some (I think) white cells so I may have to wait till August 24th to get the full result.  She is away for next week. So I am worrying what I got now..........why I got some white cells.  She asked me if I having fever, I told her that I having FLU like symptom for last 6 days.

Any comments on white cells (something she told me but i did not quite get it.)

Hello,
Your symptoms are not due to herpes and herpes antibody test is also coming negative.Herpes presents as painful itchy blisters which usually scab over.In your case,no such symptoms are present.Hepatitis B injections will not have any effect on the symptom sor tests.So pls don’t worry on that part.

Why recurrent episodes are occurring can be found out only after investigating these possibilities.

addition to my previous comments......... for last 6 days (since Last Sunday August 9th),  i have body pain i.e. flu like symptoms, but no fever.  Is anything related to my above post.?
I am from Canada, here no private clinic, so I have to go through my family doctor for everything. Even people who have money they can not pay and test anything.

I gave a swab (discharge) and the urine on Tuesday. so I just called and see if my doctor got my urine result, but it seems to be NOT.  But she told me that the priliminary analysis says "-ve" blood cells found. But I have to wait for the full report in 4 to 6 days. So she asked me to come and see her on August 24th since she will be away for next week.  Now I am worrying too much what could be this time?. When I see my doctor on August 24th, I will discuss your suggestion.  THANK YOU.

I had also done the IgG test in end of April and the result came as below. they told me that -ve.  
I want to let you know that I had 2 Hep-B injection in Feb and March, and also Hep-A injection in January. I was wondering it could block my test result to NOT to show anything?  is it possible?  Can I trust this result? Sir, PLEASE MAKE YOUR COMMENTS if you can

Hello,
I can understand your concern.Although Chlamydia,trichomoniasis,gonorrhea,non specific urethritis and urethritis are the commonest causes of your symptoms,but other possibilities wgich I feel need to be evaluated are balanitis(inflammation of glans penis;mostly due to bacterial infection)prostate causes and Rieter’s syndrome.

The investigations that may be required to be done are culture sensitivity of urethral swab,culture and examination of the prostatic secretions and biopsy of the skin.Please discuss these possibilities with your doctor.

I am back again........to get some help from you. It came back to me fews days ago.

Yes as before (2 months ago).  I got white discharge on August 11th (bit of yellowish) came out for a day and a half. I have seen this while I am peeing (i.e when I hold my penis, it pop up).

Now I have some discoloration "kind of light blueish color" on my penis (inside my forskin). it looks like some INFLAMATION. why?

I can see some skin (form my penis) peeling off too. On Tip of Penis, I have little bit of rash sort of look.  

I don't see the white discharge since August12 (i.e it last for a day and a half).

But I can see some sort of sticky clear fluid (very little, not much) come out when I pee.  

I went and see my doctor on August 11th afternoon, she got swab and urine test. She show the discharge.  I am waiting for my result.

But my doctor told me that THEY HAVE DONE ALL sort of test (gonorrhea, Chlamydia and trichonomas) FEW months back and came as normal. So nothing she will see this time too. Acording to Doctor, nothing.

BUT I ASK THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS:
1) Why it is coming back again?
2) what else could be?
3) do I need to test for any other STD? or something else?
4) Herpes?

my doctor told me that she does not know why. do not worry. nothing there. Not herpes because no sore or pimples that she could see. she rule out.....

BUT I AM WORRYING WHY IT IS COMING BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN.

I do have just two thoughts here.  One is I personally struggled with rashes and
problems that were difficult to treat.  In the end it is because I have a methlyparaben allergy so many if not all of the meds being used to treat my problem contain
a chemical I was allergic too.  I would suggest trying some preservative free
alternatives.

The other issue very likely could be a reaction to something you use for instance
a sensitivity to bleach that might be added to a load of underclothes, though not always.
I would suggest trying to use only unscented detergents in anything that touches the sensitive areas of your body, including sheets and towels.  Use DOVE for sensitive skin too and do not allow any shampoos etc to rinse to that area as well.

I hope maybe this may help you to find a solution.

Hi,  I do not mind to do more test, but my DR said they have done tests, but nothing they have found. They told me it is OK, and they do not why it is happening again and again.   bit of frustrating...........I am very much worried.

I also did the HSV IgG test that came as negative too. any Idea, if you suggest any other test, I willing to do so.

Hi,  I have done many urine test, one time they found a bacteria, then I took a antibiotics.
other than that nothing been found so far. I did the Cystoscopy, that came back as OK. I did the ultrasound that also came as OK.
That is the reason i am so worried............becuase they could not find anything, and I got this symptoms once every 3 weeks or 1 months. My DR gave up........he said I am OK. But I know myself, it is not OK.  

Once in everymonth, I got rash sort of things built around my penis head, and stay for at lease a week then my opening of penis is also little larger (wide open) than regular. Bit of burning here and there.  some time, whitish discharge (like cloudy sort of urine) come out here and there.

Hello,
It appears to be urethritis, an inflammation of the urethra (the duct which carries the urine from urinary bladder). Now, urethritis is commonly caused by a sexually transmitted disease in a sexually active adult. The STD is usually caused by either gonorrhea or Chlamydia.

The other possibility which needs to be ruled out is a urinary tract infection and also any stone in the urinary tract.
I’ll suggest you to get yourself examined by a surgeon, followed by an ultrasound of the urinary tract and maybe some tests like urine examination etc.

while devloping this trash, did you get some sort of cloudy type of urine. i.e. light white sort of urine (called as discharge). it happening to me while I am urinating (does not matter before or after urinating).
I have seen Urologist, he told me that he could not find anything?  I am really in panic attack since it come and goes every 4 to 5 weeks time.

I had a very similar experience to yourself and tried different creams for a long time. Iwas given a cream by my GP called Efcortlean which eventually cleared mine up. I am now completely cured , I suspect  your the same as myself when you used the word PANIC as i did but my advice to you is DO NOT PANIC, DO NT LOOK AT IT EVERY 5 MINUTES TO CHECK IT OUT! as i did. It will go avay and I feel worry only adds to the problem. Hope this helps.
