Epidymitis and prostatitis would be the things you want to rule out. Tests to evaluate for this would include a
urinalysisUrinalysis, STD testing for chlamydia and gonorrhea, digital rectal exam to evaluate the prostate, and a scrotal ultrasound.
It is likely that antibiotics would be necessary to treat this - I suggesting an evaluation by a physician ASAP.
