I have to have a Cysto

Over a year ago the Dr. discovered a small amount of blood in my urine, I was supposed to have a scan but forgot all about it. About a month ago I noticed a small amount of blood in my urine immediately after doing heavy cardio exercises. I have not seen any blood since that one time.
I called the Urologist and I had a urogram, 2 weeks ago. I got a message from the office saying that they now want me to have a Cysto.
I called back to see what the results of the scan were and why they wanted me to have the cysto but no one knew anything and the dr. had left for the day. I am freaking out a little bit, all they could tell me was that the dr. did not mention that i needed to get the cysto immediatley so there did not appear to be any sense of urgency,
I guess what i am asking is that if a urogram is done and nothing is found is a cysto the next step?
I am hoping that that is the case.
