Irritation inside urethra after urinating

I have a urethral stent and since surgery have discomfort after urinating - near head of penis inside -pain/sensation almost erotic. what is happening? seems sensattional through urethra into anus. I was treated for anus cancer 2 years with radiation in that area (;ymphs) now have lttle watery semen at climax - know i am sterile - does this mean no fluids etc. (3) questions
