Is taking Loratadine and Cisrofloxacin HCL bad idea?

Hi!
When I (59 year old male) was In the Philippines with family I had skin rashes on lower extremities which were treated with Loratadine and Prednisoni tablets. However, I was taking Ciprofloxacin HCL 500mg for possible enlarged Prostate and epdidymitis infection a month before with improved PSA levels. Before treatment my PSA level jumped from 1.3 to 2.3 with PSA % Free total of 17.4 within a month before taking Cipro which when reduce my PSA level down to 1.44 with no PSA total % taken then. When I took Loratadine, Prednisoni and Ciprofloxacin together the problems returned again with short burst of pain in rectum and a dull off and on ache in testie aeras. When I retunred home I got a new PSA test Ishowing a new higher PSA level of 3.6 with PSA % Free total of 38.9. Could this 2.2 increase in one month be due taking these Larotadine and Prednisoni, cancer or both? My doctor is on extended vacation.
