Is this normal or not? Image Included

I am 21 years old, and ive noticed that my balls hang lower than normal, or its seems to me. I am wondering if this is something for me worried about or if there may be something wrong. It doesnt look right to me (or other ppl that i have asked) and havent seen anything else like this before. They have always been this way, since i can remember.   I have included an image so please take a look and tell me ur honest opinion.  Thankyou.

I agree that you hang lower than most but as long as it does not bother you why do anything about it.
I don't even know if they would be able to do anything about it.
I have had surgery of the testicles due to a vasectomy. After the removal of the blood clot my left testicle was fixed inside the scrotum causing me discomfort. A year later I lost the testicle due to an infection.
I hope that this puts your mind at ease.

All the best.
