I've taking all the meds...but still feels weird down there.

So I had unprotected (never again, use condoms kids!) sex some weeks ago. Then after a week, I noticed the tip of my penis was feeling warm/itchy...this also occurred after the tip of my penis touched the inside of a toilet bowl (gross). Once it started, I obviously freaked out and I went a Urologist and told him about it, he said my urine was clean and saw no discharge ( I saw no blood or anything comming out)and that everything looked ok and he gave me a shot of Rosephin ,some Azythromax and doxycycline to make sure to treat, just in case I caught something. Took the pills and everything, it cleared up. No chlamydia or Gonorhea. After a week I felt the same sensations come back, itchy/warm on the tip of my penis as well as Urethra, this time I went in with abdominal pains, feverish, chills and just felt sucky. He gave me more Azythromax, pee culture and screen came back clean as well and left the office. Well, one night I woke up feeling like complete *** , chills, fever , headache, nausea and the persistent itch/warmnes. Went to ER cause I was scared and it was the weekend. They ran some tests, no chlamydia or Gonorhea , another shot of Rosephin and to continue the antibiotics. After this I went to my Primary care doctor and told him what is happening, he checked my prostate (nothing hurt back there when he poked) and ordered a full panel of blood work to cover all STDs under the sun and anything else. They let me know they came back fine. At this point, no STDs.no nothing.  Another week, feeling horrible some days and better others as antibiotics have some nasty side effects on me, Went back to Urologist to let him know and he gave me 2 weeks of Cipro and Uribel, as well as scheduled me to have the cytoscope procedure (camera up Urethra) to check for stones as my pains and aches also point to that. I haven't felt anything passing when I pee, no blood. I did notice back pains, side pains and some pressure in my bladder. Now I'm off Cipro ( 3 pills Left) as they were making me so sick I could barely work, and only taking Uribel, which seems to have helped as well as I don't feel horrible. At this point not sure what I have, but after 2 days off Cipro I feel great, just have the weird tip of penis itch/warm sensation and sensitive Urethra.

I'm so tired of feeling sucky

1) since all tests came back negative, can I maybe have stones? I read you could also have "shards" going through, but since I haven't felt any monumental pain....not sure.

2) no bacteria were found, but can it be fungal and they just aren't treating me with correct meds? Maybe fungal is just for ladies? (Yeast)

3) am in just driving myself insane and my Urethra is trying to heal itself and this is normal since I apperantly have nothing, test wise.

Help me.
