Jock Itch Blister?

About 3-4 weeks ago I noticed a small bump on my scrotum almost on my thigh. It was never huge, but it started out bigger(about as wide as a pencil eraser, slightly raised) it has gone down in size over time though. It is now a little more than half the size it was, and not as raised. I've been readying about cysts, could this be the culprit? I am also no stranger to jock itch. I have athletes foot, jock itch and tenia versicolor, so could this blister be due to scatching a fungal infection? I've been dealing with fungal infections on and off for years....could these cause such a thing?
