My boyfriend passed several kidney stones last
summerSummers eve anti-itch, and is complaining of having some pain again like he did last time; prior to passing the stones. He is not one to want to go to the doctor, but I do not want him to go through the same thing again. Is it

People can have urinary abnormalities which predispose them to kidney stones. The risk of stone recurrence is greater than 70%. It is important to get his stone treated then encourage him and his doctor to have a work-up to see what abnormality is causing his stones. No matter what the cause of his stones, the most important treatment is hydration. He should continually drink water/ to keep his
