Lack of Ejaculate
For the past few months I have not had an ejaculation with orgasm.  I have read various explanations for this on your website.  I understand how the mechanisms work to create a flow.  My question is whether or not this is an indication of prostate cancer?  Is it a danger sign that should be treated?  I am 64 years old and I have an enlarged prostate for which I take medication (flomax, detrol).  Should I see my physician about this?  Is it a problem if I ignore it?  Thank you.

The enlarged prostate is probably the reason, but you could get more reassurance from talking to your doctor.  Don't ignore it!
