After prostate bleeding in bladder..Doctor scoped me and did something to seal off source of bleeding...Since then, I haven't been able to have orgasmOrgasmic dysfunction..Have erection...Can this be corrected ?
Stimulation of the prostate gland itself without stimulating the penis can also result in ejaculation and orgasm.
Thus, any injury to the prostate gland and disruption to its nerve supply can result in impaired sexual function.
How long ago did the bleeding occur?
You will need to have your urologist evaluate the cause of the dysfunction, and it is very likely that the problem can be related to the prostate.
Drink plenty of fluids and avoid prostate irritants such as caffeine and alcohol, sit only on well-padded surfaces and do not sit for prolonged periods of time.
Do keep us posted on your doubts and progress.

Cause of bleeding was ascertained from a vein in prostate and bled for 1 day before seeing Uroligist...Dr. Did a Cystocopy Procedure in Office with a flexible Scope...Was about 15 Minutes long..Then my bladder was irrigated , then 1 Week later I had a Cat Scan and was Good.
A couple weeks later I had a Orgasm , but since then it's been 4 weeks and I am sexually turned on and can have erection but no Orgasm...
Will this in time correct itself or should I do something ?
When you say you cannot have an orgasm, do you mean that you do not experience the feeling of orgasm or the feeling of orgasm is unaccompanied by ejaculation?
If the former, you will need to consult your urologist and rule out chances of nerve damage to the prostate and associated structures.
If you have dry orgasm, that could be due to alteration at the sphincteric level of the prostate and will need further evaluation as well to rule out damage to the sphincter and the upper part of the urethra.
Some medications prescribed for prostate conditions also cause retrograde ejaculation that will manifest as dry orgasm.
Additionally, some individuals also develop retarded ejaculation wherein they need prolonged stimulation to attain orgasm.
All these conditions will not resolve by themselves and will need corrective intervention.
Thanks for your reply....I get to feeling good and just before the Moment to climax ,I just lose the feeling...This is something New , so I suppose I will need to see my Doctor...Afraid it is Nerve damage to the Muscle of the Prostate...Thank you
Was the cause of the bleeding from the prostate ascertained?
What procedure did the doctor carry out?
The prostate is an organ that secretes the fluid that constitutes most of the semen.
The prostate gland also mediates sexual stimulation and is part of the neural stimulation resulting in orgasm.
