Leaking ejaculate / clear discharge continually

Hi all,

About two months ago I have noticed a clear, sticky discharge coming from my penis that is tied to arousal. Like precum, except a LOT more that what is normal. It is mucousy and stringy like semen but clear.

I don't even have to get an erection -- if I just have some passing arousing thoughts, maybe a half hard-on, a few minutes to up to an hour later I'll feel myself "leaking" and I'll go to the washroom and notice I've discharged quite a bit. The more aroused I am, the more discharge I will end up seeing and having to mop up.

Also, if I masturbate or have sex, I will begin leaking profusely -- way more than normal precum amounts. If I ejaculate, I'll continue to leak for an hour or two afterwards, even if I urinate first. Again, very abnormal for me.

I am also experiencing fluctuating but persistent balanitis... some days my penis glans and foreskin - especially during masturbation - looks red and somewhat irritated. This started before my discharge issue, and seems to be the trigger for the whole problem. This has improved somewhat, but seems to have plateaued in its improvement. Also, sometimes erections and ejaculation hurts a little bit, with reduced ejaculation force. This is very mild but still a new issue and obviously disturbing.

I have done a urine test for chylmidia  and gonorrhea which came back negative. Sexual health clinic prescribed me 10 days of doxycycline as an ad hoc measure but made no difference. I have no idea what this could be... prostate issue? Infection of some kind?

Please help! Any input is appreciated.
